Each bring something special to the table, making Broil Steakhouse a successful and unique family run restaurant. Brad has been serving customers with the upmost highest standards, creating beautiful tables, atmospheres and special events.

Brad's career in the restaurant industry started at the age of 15 giving him 40+ years of experience. Just ask anyone, they all know his warm and accommodating demeanor. His successful style and hardworking ethic give Broil the cutting edge. Brad brings his fair share of accolades with him from his hometown Columbia, Missouri. He was voted "One of the 100 Best Things” for Inside Columbia Magazine, was the first recipient of the "Star Award" from the Chamber of Commerce, and was also featured having the "Best Bananas Foster" in Columbia Home Magazine. There is nothing he cannot do and with panache to boot! He has always dreamt of having his own restaurant and this year, 2021, it happened! With the support of Scott Cleeton, a successful restaurateur, Brad was able to achieve his dream. He is delighted to call Florida his new home.
On Brad’s days off you can find him on a beach with a margarita in hand!

Jennifer is the glue that keeps Broil cohesive and efficient. She is the center of all the on-goings and has a keen eye for details and operations. She has a background as a project coordinator, customer relations agent and quality control associate so this role is a natural one. Her positive outlook and creative thinking drive this family to success.
On Jennifer’s days off you can find her lounging poolside reading a good book.

Manning has been in the restaurant industry for roughly 18 years. He makes sure all things run well at Broil, including in the kitchen where all the magic happens. His focus is managing the day-to-day operations and making sure the quality of service, production and efficiency are all organized for the Broil team. Manning also has a knowledge of craft beers. Hopefully, one day, Broil will have Manning's own signature brew to offer.
On Manning’s days off you can find him on a boat fishing or playing disc golf.

Lola has recently received her Master of Accountancy degree and is putting it to good use for her own family business. One thing for sure, she is good with numbers! Lola is versatile, hardworking and determined. She can also step in and wait tables or bartend with her eight years of restaurant industry experience.
In Lola's spare time, you can find her with her dogs, playing soccer, or making plans for her own dream business, a dog resort.
